Valor Fire Solutions provides independent forensic fire investigation, loss control risk assessment, code analysis, and litigation-support services. We bring fire-service leadership, field experience, and a disciplined, standards-driven approach to every engagement so clients receive accurate, practical, and defensible findings.
Our work includes forensic fire and explosion investigations conducted in accordance with NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033, commercial loss control surveys, property and liability risk assessments, fire and life safety inspections, training, and project coordination. We also evaluate fire protection system failures and perform code compliance analysis in support of litigation.

Loss Control Risk Assessments
Evaluate commercial properties and operations to identify general liability, property, fire, and life-safety exposures. Field surveys include observations, photographs, risk-quality analysis, and practical recommendations that support underwriting and loss-prevention decisions.
Fire Protection System Failure Analysis
Assess and analyze fire protection systems, including alarms and suppression systems, to determine performance and identify potential failures. We work to establish whether a system functioned as intended, contributed to loss, or can be ruled out as a factor. Our evaluations are thorough, objective, and grounded in industry standards.
Expert Witness & Testimony
Provide independent technical reporting, code-compliance analysis, and litigation support for attorneys, insurers, and consulting firms. Antoine J. King has completed IAAI’s Expert Witness and Court Testimony Course and is available to serve as an expert witness when an engagement requires deposition or courtroom testimony.

Antoine J. King is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and loss control consultant with extensive leadership experience in fire service operations, fire safety oversight, emergency response, and risk management. He previously served as a Fire Chief and as State Fire Marshal / Fire Safety & Emergency Services Coordinator for the Mississippi Military Department, where his responsibilities included fire protection systems, emergency-services readiness, inspections, and risk management across more than 100 facilities statewide. Through Valor Fire Solutions, Mr. King provides forensic fire investigation, commercial loss control surveys, property and liability risk assessments, code compliance analysis, fire protection system evaluations, and litigation support for attorneys, insurers, property stakeholders, and consulting firms. He has completed IAAI’s Expert Witness and Court Testimony Course and is available to serve as an expert witness when required. An Army veteran and member of NAFI and IAAI, he has also served as a voting member of the ICC Exam Development Committee. His background combines operational leadership with technical investigation and practical risk analysis, providing clients with clear, reliable, and defensible insight.
